DREW BAUM: PROVEN, LOCAL,COMMITTED

Hello, I’m Drew Baum. My family and I have proudly called Chester Heights home for over 20 years. In 2002, my wife and I built our house here and raised our two children in this tight-knit, welcoming borough. Like many of you, we’ve invested our time in community events, coaching youth sports, and supporting our neighbors. Chester Heights means the world to us.

Since 2018, I’ve had the privilege of serving as President of Borough Council. In that time, I’ve worked to keep our community safe, thoughtfully developed, and well-informed. I’m especially proud of our work protecting open space, maintaining small-town character, and encouraging responsible growth.

A lifelong Delaware County resident, I grew up in Ridley Township, graduated from St. James High School in Chester (Class of 1986), and earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Marketing from St. Joseph’s University. I’ve also operated a building contracting business for more than 30 years, gaining hands-on experience in budgeting, project management, and problem-solving—all of which inform my work in public service.

As a longtime youth hockey coach with a Level 4 USA Hockey certification, I value teamwork, preparation, and keeping people focused on shared goals.

I’m running for re-election because I care deeply about our future. I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together—but there’s more to do. With transparency, integrity, and a strong sense of community, I would be honored to continue serving you.
