Lynn Cointot - Strategic, Experienced, Committed

Hello, I’m Lynn MK Cointot, and I’ve proudly called Chester Heights home for the past 12 years. My husband and I own a maritime operations business, where we’ve built our careers through hard work, leadership, and strategic thinking.

In addition to running our business, I serve on several nonprofit and government boards, including the Delaware River and Bay Maritime Exchange and the Executive Steering Committee for the U.S. Coast Guard. I’m also honored to serve as President of the Ports of Philadelphia Maritime Society. These roles have strengthened my ability to balance diverse perspectives, manage resources, and find collaborative solutions—skills I will bring to Borough Council.

I hold degrees in Architectural and Environmental Engineering, as well as a Master’s in Environmental Administration. I’m also a Certified Hazardous Materials Manager and Shipyard-Competent Person.

My husband and I live here with our two beloved four-legged fur babies. I’m passionate about public service, and I look forward to helping shape a sustainable, safe, and vibrant future for Chester Heights.
